Cookie Policy

Last updated : July 2, 2026

This Policy explains how NEXUS AI uses cookies and similar technologies, and how to manage your consent at any time.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file placed on your device. We also use similar technologies (local storage). No non-essential cookie is set without your consent.

2. Categories

Strictly necessary: required for the site to work (session, security, language preference) — always on.

Analytics: understand site usage in aggregate to improve it — subject to consent.

Marketing: personalize content and measure campaigns — subject to consent.

3. Cookies and storage actually used

nexus_cookie_consent — local storage (localStorage) · Strictly necessary · stores your consent choice (categories, timestamp, version) · duration: 13 months maximum, after which consent is requested again.

sb-* (e.g. sb-access-token, sb-refresh-token) — Supabase session cookies · Strictly necessary · authentication and secure session maintenance · duration: session / short rotation.

Sentry (error monitoring) — collecting technical errors is strictly necessary for the security and proper operation of the Service (no tracking cookie). Session Replay, which records the on-screen journey when an error occurs, falls under the "analytics" category and is only enabled IF you consent.

No third-party advertising cookie is currently set.

4. Managing your consent

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, reject or customize by category. You can change your choices at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.

5. Duration

Your consent choice is kept until it expires (13 months) or you revoke it. We ask again if our practices change materially.

6. Third-party cookies

Some integrated services (Stripe payment at checkout) may set their own cookies, only as part of the transaction or after consent where applicable. Refer to their respective policies.
